Roles \& Responsibilities * Preparing tenders as per the tender specification and tender drawings. * Preparing cost sheet and BOQ \& required material list. * Preparing the variation based on changes between tender design to IFC design \& RFI. * Monitor the project expenses vs project budget. * Preparing the material submittals, shop drawings for consultant approval. * Preparing additional works variation cost / required materials quantity as per project specifications. * Coordinate with consultants and main contractors. * Review the tender drawing, preparing the query for tender clarification. * Coordinate with vendors / suppliers to collect more quotations for price comparison. Requirements * 4\+ years of relevant experience. * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent. * Pre/Post tender works – variation \& valuation. * Proficient in cost evaluation and analysis. * Strong knowledge of MEP system projects. * Gulf experience in construction field.
