**Job Description** * Prepare and produce detailed and accurate technical drawings for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in accordance with approved project specifications and standards. * Translate design concepts, sketches, and engineering data into clear and coordinated shop drawings suitable for construction. * Revise and update drawings to incorporate site modifications, consultant remarks, and approved design changes. * Ensure all drawings adhere to project quality requirements, company standards, and local authority regulations. * Assist in the preparation of as\-built drawings, technical documentation, and material submittals. * Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and consultants to resolve technical and design\-related issues. * Maintain organized drawing records, document control, and revision tracking to ensure accuracy and accessibility. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * 1–4 years of drafting experience in construction or design firms (GCC experience preferred). * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. * Good understanding of construction detailing, structural layouts, and MEP coordination. * Excellent attention to detail, precision, and technical documentation skills. * Ability to multitask and deliver drawings within specified deadlines. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s construction and documentation standards is an added advantage.
