Job Title: Interior Design \& Architectural Draftsman (2D/3D) – Interior Fit\-Out Location: Tubli, Bahrain Employment Type: Full\-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Interior Design \& Architectural Draftsman to join our interior fit\-out team. The role involves producing detailed interior design and architectural drawings — including floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and 3D models — for bespoke interiors and fit\-out projects, with close coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, and site plans relevant to interior fit\-outs * Develop interior design drawings such as reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, joinery/shop drawings, and interior elevations * Produce technical drawings for bespoke joinery including cabinets, wardrobes, partitions, counters, and furniture * Create 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations and client coordination * Coordinate drawings closely with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration and avoid clashes * Revise drawings based on feedback from interior designers, architects, designers, project managers, and MEP consultants * Support production team with detailed fabrication drawings and specifications * Maintain organized project documentation and drawing registers Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural and interior design drafting within an interior fit\-out or construction environment * Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (mandatory) * Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit\-out construction, joinery detailing, and finishes * Demonstrated experience coordinating with MEP drawings and systems * Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings * Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max * Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy * Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: * Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field * Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software * Understanding of engineering principles related to fit\-out projects * Familiarity with joinery production and CNC file preparation is an advantage Job Types: Full\-time, Contract
