**Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media paid campaigns** to achieve performance goals (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions). * Conduct detailed **keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation** to identify growth opportunities. * Manage **on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies** to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and domain authority. * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using **Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO/SEM tools**. * Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure **SEO best practices** are implemented across web pages and landing pages. * Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for **maximum ROI** and lead generation. * Stay updated with **latest search engine algorithms, trends, and PPC/SEO tools** to maintain competitive edge. * Prepare and present **monthly performance reports** and actionable insights for management. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field**. * **2\-3 years of hands\-on experience** in managing **SEO and PPC campaigns**. * Strong proficiency in **Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console**, and **SEO tools** (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). * Experience with **social media advertising** (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus. * Solid understanding of **website analytics, keyword targeting, and conversion tracking**. * Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. * **Google Ads or Analytics Certification** is an added advantage.
