ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES: * Direct and oversee Mechanical (Plumbing, Firefighting \& HVAC) engineering works at construction sites. * Lead the desk top review of design and site measurements and verification of main HVAC equipment and components. * Develop final design review and modifications in operations and HVAC ductwork layout. * Design Mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. * Directly oversee and manage teams of Technicians Consultant, Client, Main Contractor \& Subcontractors. REQUIREMENTS: * 8 \- 10 years of experience in the relevant field * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required. * Experience in the Construction Field is Mandatory. * Professional/ engineering license (Required) preferred CRPEP License holder. * Familiarity with 2D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other) * Hands\-on experience in estimation, change order preparation, verification of bills, designing \& execution of HVAC projects. * Has thorough knowledge of designing, planning, scheduling, erection and commissioning \& maintenance of HVAC Systems, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting. * Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and committed to providing high quality service to every project.
