A leading Real Estate Developer \& Construction Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ **Quantity Surveyors.** **Job Description:** · Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs from drawings and specifications. · Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets. · Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase. · Manage and reconcile variations and claims. · Prepare interim and final valuations. · Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. · Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. · Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications. · Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases. · Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program. **Qualification \& Experience:** · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. · Proven 5\-7 years’ experience in civil engineering projects. · Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials. · Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.). · Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
