**Job Title:** IT Project Management Lead – Cards Projects **Job Purpose:** Lead, oversee, and ensure successful delivery of single or multiple card\-related projects (Debit, Credit, POS, PCI/DSS, compliance) within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, while managing dynamic changes to deliver business value. **Key Responsibilities:** * End\-to\-end setup, implementation, and management of card business projects. * Analyze proposals, develop project plans, schedule deliverables, and allocate resources. * Lead project teams, provide motivation, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. * Manage operational aspects including dependencies, risks, and conflicts. * Prepare reports, presentations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Manage acquisitions, budgets, and internal negotiations for personnel/resources. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP). * 7–10 years’ experience in card business project management, with exposure to technical and business projects. * Experience in both Waterfall and Agile projects, including Agile transformation. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage conflicts. * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and motivational skills. * Familiarity with project management software. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Projects completed on time and within budget. * Effective stakeholder communication and risk identification. * Minimal deviation between estimated and actual costs/schedules.
