Job Title: L2 Support Technician. Location: Bahrain \- Locally Available Candidates only. Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred. We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented "L2 Support Technician" to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in component\-level repairs of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other digital/electronic devices. ◾ Key Responsibilities: \-Perform component\-level repairs of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other digital/electronic devices. \- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. \- Provide L2 technical support for issues escalated from the L1 support team. \- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, etc.). \- Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal device performance. ◾ Qualifications: \- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
