**Job Purpose:** The IT Project Management Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards. The role involves leading teams, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end project management (initiation to closure). * Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and communication strategies. * Assign and oversee project tasks, ensuring timely progress and quality delivery. * Manage resources, vendors, and cross\-functional teams. * Identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts, and implement mitigation plans. * Monitor and report project status, adjusting schedules and resources as required. * Drive adoption of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including transformation initiatives. * Build and maintain strong business relationships to support project success. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP). * 7–10 years’ experience in banking application implementation and IT project management. * Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall project execution. * Proven experience in managing technical and business projects. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments. * Skilled in problem\-solving, conflict resolution, and decision\-making. * Proficient in project management software and reporting tools. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Projects delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives. * Effective communication with stakeholders. * Minimal variance between planned vs. actual project cost and timelines.
