We’re looking for a **creative Bahraini talent** who can bring ideas to life — both behind the camera and on screen. **Position Overview** We’re seeking an **experienced Digital Marketing \& Social Media Manager** with a strong sense of content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have **hands\-on experience managing brand pages, planning campaigns, writing captions, and handling photography for social media**. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and LinkedIn. * Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies. * Write engaging bilingual (English \& Arabic) captions aligned with brand tone. * Coordinate with designers, photographers, and clients to ensure timely deliverables. * Shoot and edit basic product/lifestyle photos and short videos (mobile or camera). * Analyze post performance and optimize strategies for reach and engagement. * Stay updated with trends, reels, and new marketing tools. **Requirements** * Must be **Bahraini**. * Proven experience in **digital marketing, content creation, and social media management** (2–4 years). * Basic photography \& videography skills (mobile or mirrorless). * Familiarity with **Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Business**, and content scheduling tools. * Strong communication \& coordination skills. * Creative mindset with attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. * Must be flexible with work timings. **Preferred Skills (Bonus)** * Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar). * Experience in marketing for **restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands**. * Understanding of Meta \& Google Ads performance insights.
