**Job Title:** Aircraft Quality Surveyor **Job Type:** Full\-time **Location:** Manama, Bahrain **Industry:** Aviation / Aerospace **Job Summary** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Aircraft Quality Surveyor** to support our maintenance and quality assurance operations. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and surveys of aircraft, components, maintenance facilities, and documentation. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities Aircraft \& Component Inspections** * Conduct visual and detailed inspections of aircraft systems and components during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. * Verify compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD's), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Engineering Orders. **Quality Auditing** * Perform internal and external audits of maintenance activities, suppliers, and service providers. * Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, ICAO, and/or local CAA regulations and company procedures. **Documentation Review** * Review maintenance records, logbooks, and work cards for accuracy and completeness. * Confirm that maintenance tasks are properly certified by authorized personnel. **Regulatory \& Standards Compliance** * Monitor adherence to approved manuals, drawings, and engineering data. * Identify non\-conformities and support the implementation of corrective actions. **Reporting \& Continuous Improvement** * Prepare detailed inspection and audit reports. * Recommend improvements to enhance maintenance quality and prevent recurring issues. **Safety Oversight** * Ensure maintenance activities meet required safety and environmental standards. * Support investigations of technical or maintenance\-related incidents. **Qualifications** **Education:** * Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field. **Certifications (Preferred):** * EASA Part\-66 Aircraft Maintenance License or equivalent. * Quality Auditor Certification (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, or inspection roles. **Key Skills** * Strong understanding of EASA, FAA, ICAO, and CAA regulations * Technical inspection and quality audit capabilities * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments **Work Environment** * Work is performed in aircraft hangars, line maintenance areas, and supplier facilities. * May require travel for audits, inspections, and supplier visits. * Use of inspection tools and occasional work in confined spaces or at heights may be necessary. **Equal Opportunity Statement** We are an equal opportunity employer.
