About the Role The Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for driving the organization's data\-driven decision\-making by managing digital analytics tools, generating actionable insights, and optimizing digital channel performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools and technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance business outcomes through precise measurement, reporting, and strategy development. Main Responsibilities \& Duties* **Data Management \& Integration:** + Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of digital analytics platforms. + Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards. + Integrate analytics tools and data sources to create a comprehensive digital performance measurement framework. * **Performance Analysis \& Insights:** + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior. + Analyze data trends to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization. + Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions. * **Collaboration \& Strategy Development:** + Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to align analytics strategies with business goals. + Develop and present dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders. + Contribute to the creation of data\-driven strategies for customer engagement and retention. * **Tool Utilization \& Automation:** + Implement and optimize tools for customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation. + Leverage emerging technologies to enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency. * **Stay Current with Industry Trends:** + Keep up\-to\-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies. + Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities. Skill and Knowledge* Experience with customer engagement platforms and mobile measurement tools. * Familiarity with workflow automation and application performance monitoring tools. * Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices. * Proficiency in analytics platforms and data visualization tools. * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization. * Excellent problem\-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross\-functional teams. Education and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * 7\+ years of experience in digital analytics, data management, or a similar role.
