**Purpose:** Lead and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality. The role requires expertise in both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering business value. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. * Lead and motivate project teams, assign responsibilities, and oversee execution. * Manage project communications, risks, and stakeholder expectations. * Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives. * Monitor progress, prepare reports, and adjust plans as needed. * Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and drive timely delivery. * Build and maintain strong business relationships across teams. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP). * 7–10 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. * Hands\-on experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage. * Proven success in both Waterfall and Agile projects, including transformation initiatives. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts. * Skilled in risk management, problem\-solving, and stakeholder engagement. * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. **KPIs:** * On\-time, on\-budget project delivery. * Effective communication of progress, risks, and issues. * Minimal deviations between planned vs. actual cost and schedule.
