**Key Responsibilities** * Estimate **material quantities, labor requirements, project costs, and timeframes** with precision to support tendering and project execution. * Prepare and review **tender documents, contract agreements, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)** in accordance with project scope and industry standards. * Conduct detailed **cost analysis and feasibility studies** to ensure competitive and accurate bids. * Review and evaluate **subcontractor and supplier quotations**, ensuring compliance with budgetary and technical requirements. * Develop **cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts**, and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare **variations, claims, and interim payment applications** in coordination with project teams. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to align estimation with project execution strategies. * Ensure all tendering and contract activities are in line with **FIDIC standards, company policies, and local regulations**. * Maintain organized documentation including cost records, quotations, contracts, and project correspondences. **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management**. * **5–8 years of relevant experience** in estimation, tendering, or cost management (GCC experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of both **Civil and MEP works**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam, and MS Excel**. * Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., **FIDIC**). * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. * Valid GCC **driving license** preferred.
