* Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution. * Prepare progress reports, project dashboards, and look\-ahead schedules. * Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans. * Analyze project delays and provide recovery schedules when necessary. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * 3\-5 years Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects. * Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD400\.000 \- BD500\.000 per month Experience: * Planning Engineer: 3 years (Required)
