* **Job Description** Prepare and develop detailed drawings for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines as per project specifications and design guidelines. Convert design concepts, sketches, and engineering inputs into precise and coordinated shop drawings ready for execution. Update and revise drawings to reflect site changes, consultant comments, and design revisions. Ensure all drawings comply with approved standards, project specifications, and local authority codes. Assist in the preparation of as\-built drawings and technical documentation for submission and record purposes. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design consistency and resolve drawing discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation, drawing logs, and revision control for all project\-related drawings. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering. * **1–4 years of experience** in drafting for construction projects (GCC experience preferred). * Proficient in **AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting or BIM software.** * Strong understanding of **construction drawings, detailing, and MEP coordination.** * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on technical accuracy and clarity. * Ability to handle **multiple drawing assignments** and meet tight deadlines under supervision. * Knowledge of **Bahrain’s construction standards and authority submission requirements** is an advantage. * Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive work approach.
