Manage incidents, outages, and operational escalations **Company:** Batelco **Position:** Technical Operations Manager **Location:** Manama, Bahrain **Salary:** BHD 2,200 – 3,800 per month **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee technical operations, service availability, infrastructure performance, and operational support. The role involves leading technical teams, managing incidents and service issues, coordinating vendors, and ensuring reliable delivery of critical technology services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily technical operations and service delivery * Lead technical support and operations teams * Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and service levels * Manage incidents, outages, and operational escalations * Coordinate technical projects, upgrades, and maintenance activities * Manage vendors and external technical service providers * Ensure compliance with security and operational standards * Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * 3\+ years of experience in technical operations or IT infrastructure * 3\+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and service management * Experience with ITIL, incident management, and SLA/KPI monitoring * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills Pay: BD2,200\.000 \- BD3,800\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manama
