Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for smooth execution A leading construction company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to hire a **locally available** qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join the team. **Job Description:** * Lead the planning and execution of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection for high\-rise buildings and large villa projects. * Manage MEP works from design and installation through testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards. * Review MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical queries. * Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and coordinate effective solutions during construction. * Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, clients, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of works. * Ensure MEP works comply with Bahraini building codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations. * Monitor MEP project progress, budgets, schedules, and prepare regular progress reports. * Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and other construction activities. **Qualification:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **5 to 7** years of experience in a similar MEP role. * Proven experience in high\-rise buildings and large villa projects. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, and commissioning. * Good knowledge of MEP design, construction standards, and relevant codes. * Strong coordination, problem\-solving, and team management skills. * Good communication skills in English. * Ability to manage multiple MEP activities and coordinate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
