The ideal candidate will supervise distribution staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain high service standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily distribution and delivery operations. * Coordinate order scheduling, dispatching, and shipment tracking. * Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation. * Lead and train distribution team members. * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. * Resolve delivery issues and customer service concerns. * Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements. * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery targets. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP systems. * Excellent problem\-solving and time management abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
