




Achieving monthly sales targets in a timely and efficient manner Identifying, recording and understanding customer issues to promote customer satisfaction and repeat business Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner Up-selling and cross-selling products and services to clients Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the duration of the service request to ensure optimal customer satisfaction Communicating and coordinating with all the necessary internal and external parties as and when required Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual All other job-related duties, as assigned
