




We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to manage daily operational and coordination tasks. The role involves handling company vehicles, mobile lines, purchase orders, and various government\-related transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing, processing, and following up on purchase orders. * Manage administrative tasks related to company cars, including registration, insurance renewal, maintenance scheduling, and record keeping. * Handle mobile line requests, renewals, cancellations, and maintain updated record. * Coordinate and process transactions with ministries and government departments as required. * Maintain organized records and documentation (soft and hard copies). * Provide general administrative support to the team. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or in Business Administration or related field. * 0–2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination. * Good communication skills in English/Arabic. * Proficiency in MS Office.
