Ensure compliance with HSE and Bahrain construction regulations Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Mechanical \& Electrical Engineer** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in **MEP construction**, with good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. The role will involve coordinating and supervising MEP works from installation through testing and commissioning. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mechanical and electrical construction activities. * Manage and coordinate MEP works including **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection**. * Review and interpret construction drawings, MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. * Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and installation quality. * Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, clashes, and installation problems. * Coordinate material requirements, inspections, testing, and commissioning. * Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and project management. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation. * Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover. * Ensure compliance with **HSE requirements and Bahrain construction regulations**. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant MEP construction experience**. * Strong construction background is required. * Experience in **villa, high\-rise, commercial, or residential projects** is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. * Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications. * Experience in supervising subcontractors and site teams. * Knowledge of MEP installation, testing, and commissioning. * Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.** * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** * AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with **hands\-on construction experience in Bahrain**, particularly on **high\-rise buildings and large villa projects**, will be given priority.
