Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Project Supervisor** with a strong background in **building construction** to supervise and coordinate MEP works across construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing site activities, subcontractors, technicians, and MEP installations while ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting** works. * Manage MEP site teams, technicians, workers, and subcontractors. * Review and interpret **MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications**. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and installation quality. * Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems. * Ensure MEP works follow approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules. * Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. * Prepare daily/weekly progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with **HSE and construction safety requirements**. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field** preferred. * Minimum **4–6 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience**. * Strong **building construction experience is a must**. * Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred. * Experience with **villa, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects** is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. * Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings. * Proven experience supervising subcontractors and site teams. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is highly preferred.** * Candidates with **cancelled/transferable visa or valid local status** are preferred. Important We are specifically looking for a **construction\-focused MEP supervisor**. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities management, without hands\-on building construction experience, may not be suitable for this position. Work Location: In person
