Focus on building, villa, residential, commercial or high-rise projects We are looking for an **experienced Site Quantity Surveyor** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on site experience in **quantity take\-offs, BOQ, measurements, valuations, variations, and cost control**. Current Bahrain construction listings commonly emphasize these responsibilities for site/QS roles. Key Responsibilities * Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities. * Prepare accurate **quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates**. * Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings. * Monitor project quantities, costs, materials, and wastage. * Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and progress claims. * Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional works. * Review subcontractor measurements, quotations, and payment applications. * Assist with subcontractor and supplier evaluations. * Monitor project costs against approved budgets. * Maintain records of quantities, measurements, variations, and commercial documents. * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. * Assist with final accounts, cost reports, and commercial documentation. Requirements * **3–5\+ years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in construction. * Strong **site\-based construction experience**. * Experience in **building, villa, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects** is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take\-offs, site measurement, valuations, variations, and cost control. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Good knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and local pricing. * Proficiency in **MS Excel and AutoCAD**; QS/estimation software is an advantage. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is required/preferred.** * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
