




**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, coordinate, and manage all **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines in alignment with the **BIM Execution Plan (BEP)** and company digital standards. * Develop, review, and maintain **fully coordinated, data\-rich 3D BIM models** throughout all project stages — design, construction, and handover. * Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, and subcontractors** to ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration and timely resolution of clashes. * Perform **model audits, clash detection, and constructability reviews** using Navisworks Manage or similar software. * Conduct **BIM coordination meetings** and lead resolution of design discrepancies. * Extract accurate and coordinated **2D drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take\-offs** directly from BIM models. * Ensure all BIM deliverables conform to **Level of Development (LOD)** standards, BEP specifications, and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie, etc.). * Collaborate with project, engineering, planning, and site teams to incorporate **design changes, RFIs, and as\-built conditions** into BIM models. * Develop and manage **BIM templates, families, and object libraries** to ensure consistency, efficiency, and standardization across projects. * Support implementation of **4D (time), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management)** BIM integrations to enhance project control and lifecycle management. * Provide **visual simulations, model presentations, and coordination reviews** for internal and client meetings. * Maintain organized **BIM file structures**, including naming conventions, version control, and documentation tracking. * Assist in implementing **BIM standards, automation tools, and digital workflows** to improve project efficiency and model accuracy. * Prepare **BIM progress reports, clash reports, and coordination summaries** for project management and client review. * Stay updated with the latest **BIM software, tools, and technologies**, contributing to digital innovation initiatives. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * **Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * **3–6 years of experience** in BIM modeling, coordination, or management within the construction or engineering industry (**GCC experience preferred**). * Proficient in **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD**; knowledge of **BIM 360, Dynamo, Enscape, or Twinmotion** is an advantage. * Strong understanding of **BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD standards, model federation, and coordination workflows.** * In\-depth knowledge of **Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP systems** integration. * Familiar with **IFC, COBie, ISO 19650**, and BIM data management principles. * Excellent **problem\-solving, analytical, and visualization** skills. * Strong **communication, teamwork, and coordination** abilities for cross\-disciplinary collaboration. * Detail\-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing **multiple project deliverables** within strict deadlines. * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
