The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel's high standards of appearance by performing painting, finishing, and decorative maintenance work throughout guest rooms, public areas, back\-of\-house facilities, and exterior spaces. This role ensures that all painted surfaces are professionally maintained, contributing to the luxury environment and exceptional guest experience that Four Seasons is known for. **Main Responsibilities:** * The ability to maintain the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel. * The ability to repair and refinish polishing woodwork. * The ability to patch and paint interior and exterior surfaces. * The ability to repair plaster and stucco. * The ability to install and repair of vinyl and paper wall coverings. * The ability to maintain stock and inventory for the shop. * The ability to maintain brushes and rollers in good condition. * The ability to complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion. * The ability to use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, rother potentially dangerous equipment or supplies. * The ability to complete all assigned project in a timely fashion. * The ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized work area. **Required skills:** * Previous experience in similar position. * Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in Engineering * Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them * Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques * Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.) * Good basic math skills * Conscientious with great attention to detail * High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship **What do we offer?** Tax free Salary, Service charge, complimentary full board living accommodation in a high quality, well\-resourced staff housing, paid home leave tickets, vibrant social and sporting events, free transportation to and from work, end of Service Gratuity, excellent Learning \& Development Program, Vibrant staff fitness facilities including Swimming Pool and many more.
