Collaborate with experts and manage end-to-end program delivery Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Senior Educational Program Lead** to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational programs that drive learner success and organizational impact. This role is responsible for managing large\-scale learning initiatives, developing program strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high\-quality educational outcomes. The ideal candidate combines expertise in curriculum development, program management, instructional design, and educational leadership. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute educational program strategies aligned with organizational goals and learner needs. * Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of large\-scale education and training programs. * Design program frameworks, learning pathways, and delivery models for diverse learner audiences. * Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructors, subject matter experts, administrators, and external partners. * Establish program objectives, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and operational plans. * Manage end\-to\-end program delivery, including scheduling, resources, communications, and quality assurance. * Analyze learner performance data, feedback, and program outcomes to drive improvements. * Develop strategies to improve learner engagement, retention, and achievement. * Ensure educational programs align with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and industry requirements. * Lead innovation initiatives involving digital learning, blended learning, and emerging education technologies. * Manage partnerships with schools, universities, corporations, government agencies, and educational organizations. * Mentor program managers, instructional designers, and education specialists. * Prepare executive reports, program updates, and strategic recommendations. * Manage risks, budgets, and operational challenges affecting program success. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Leadership, or a related field. * Master's degree preferred.
