Support team with administrative coordination and document organization We are looking for an **HR / Admin Executive** to handle day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities. This role requires someone organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **recruitment and hiring** (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding) * Maintain and update **employee records, files, and documentation** * Track **attendance, leave, and staff records** * Handle general **HR operations and administrative tasks** * Ensure proper filing and organization of company documents * Support the team with day\-to\-day administrative coordination **Requirements** * 1 \- 3 years of experience in HR/Admin or similar role * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Good communication skills in **English** (Arabic is a plus) * Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel) **Preferred (not mandatory)** * Experience in F\&B or hospitality industry * Familiarity with HR systems or attendance tracking tools Pay: Up to BD350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
