The Role We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and results\-driven Facilities Operations Manager to lead our day\-to\-day building operations, vendor management, and site safety. What You’ll Do * Oversee Operations: Ensure daily site activities, preventive maintenance, and repairs run smoothly. * Lead \& Vendor Manage: Manage contractor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and on\-site maintenance teams. * Maintain Safety \& Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all managed facilities. * Optimize Budgets: Track operational spending, reduce costs, and maximize resource efficiency. * Deliver Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant/client facility needs and emergencies. What We’re Looking For * 3–5\+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations. * Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision\-making skills. * Proven track record in vendor, contract, and budget management. * Solid knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, safety regulations). * Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem\-solving mindset.
