Our client is a fast growing platform connecting youth across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia with the brands they discover and engage with daily, already serving over 500,000 users and 1,000\+ brand partners, with expansion into Qatar and Oman underway. Content sits at the core of how this brand lives in culture and how partner brands come alive on the platform, and this newly created Content Director seat reports directly to the CEO to own that function in full. This is not a content creator role. We need someone who has actually built and led a team, and who can move fluidly between owning brand voice, briefing a shoot and reviewing a final caption, knowing exactly when to do which. **What’s in it for you:** * Direct access to and support from the CEO * A genuine blank canvas to build the content function and team from the ground up * A regional platform with real reach and cultural relevance among Gulf youth * Base salary BD 1,000 to 1,500 per month, plus ESOP **What you’ll be doing:** * Owning brand voice and editorial strategy across the platform * Building and leading the content team * Briefing and directing video and social content across TikTok, Instagram, X and beyond * Partnering with brand partners on content led activations and campaigns * Producing content that ties back to measurable commercial results, not just volume **What we need:** * A content first career, agency background is a strong plus, able to operate across multiple formats, styles and demands at once * Genuine experience leading a content team, not just contributing to one * Proven video production experience with measurable results, quality and commercial impact over sheer output * A native understanding of Gulf youth culture, gained from creating for this audience directly, not studying it from the outside * Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC If you live and breathe content and are ready to build a team around your vision, we’d like to hear from you.
