




Job Title: Sales Executive – Power Tools \& Machinery Division Location: Kingdom of Bahrain Department: Sales – B2B Industrial Solutions Reports To: Sales Manager / Division Head Employment Type: Full\-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results\-oriented Sales Executive to join our Power Tools \& Machinery Division (authorized agent for INGCO Power Tools), focusing on the B2B market in Bahrain. The role involves managing industrial client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring timely payment collections. This position offers a performance\-based incentive structure directly linked to sales revenue and collection efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage B2B client relationships across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, workshops, and industrial services. * Promote and sell a wide range of power tools, machinery, and industrial equipment to corporate clients. * Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations tailored to client needs. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. * Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain low outstanding receivables. * Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for both sales volume and collection performance. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payment status using CRM tools. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning. Qualifications \& Skills: * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in power tools, machinery, or industrial equipment in Bahrain or the GCC. * Strong technical understanding of industrial tools and mechanical systems. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently. * Valid Bahrain driving license is required. * Fluency in English, Arabic and Hindi is essential Compensation \& Benefits: * Basic Salary: Competitive and based on experience. * Incentives: Commission based on timely collections. * Other Benefits: Company vehicle or allowance, mobile phone, fuel allowance, and benefits as per Bahrain Labor Law. * Training: Product and sales training provided regularly.
