




We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Software Sales Executive with experience in ERP and HRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our software products to meet and exceed revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for ERP and HRM software solutions. * Present and demonstrate software products to clients, showcasing value and ROI. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. * Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. * Proven experience in software sales, particularly ERP and HRM solutions. * Strong understanding of ERP and HRM modules and business processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. **Preferred:** * Experience in B2B sales and corporate client management. * Knowledge of regional market trends and software adoption in different industries. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary with performance\-based incentives. * Company Car Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD350\.000 \- BD500\.000 per month Language: * Arabic (Preferred)
