The ideal candidate is highly creative, understands social media trends, and can translate brand values into compelling storytelling that drives audience growth, engagement, and conversions. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content (images, videos, graphics, short-form reels) for social media, website, and campaigns. * Develop creative storytelling aligned with the brand voice and marketing strategy. * Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections. * Stay up to date with digital trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats. * Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement. **Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience (1–2 years) in content creation, social media management, or creative production. * Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). * Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and trends. * Excellent writing and communication skills (Arabic & English) * Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. * Strong time management, adaptability, and ability to work under tight deadlines. **Core Competencies** * **Creativity & Storytelling** – ability to bring ideas to life visually and verbally. * **Attention to Detail** – delivering polished, high-quality content. * **Digital Savviness** – up to date with social media culture and trends. * **Collaboration** – works well across teams (design, marketing, product). * **Initiative** – proactive in generating new ideas and concepts.
