Job Objective The objective of this role is to maintain smooth, timely and coordinated Operations’ processes to increase Operations efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Key Accountabilities** ● Trace \& track delivery completion ● Airport clearance follow up ● Backline customer service ● Import manifest data entry ● Export data entry and follow up ● Uniform ordering/inventory ● Front counter management ● Coordinate between Team and Customers to resolve any service issues ● After job completion, file all delivery records properly ● Conduct daily vehicle inspections and provide necessary solutions ● Report and rectify any accidents or damages to the vehicles ● Supervise and coordinate Fleet maintenance with local garages ● Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications \& Experience** ● Minimum 3 years’ experience of freight forwarding co\-ordination. ● Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Proven ability to work effectively with numbers, data, detail, and processes. ● Previous experience and knowledge of freight forwarding systems. ● Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and PowerPoint, advanced in Excel ● A recognized Logistics or Forwarding qualification is preferred. **About the Company** Elite Co. aims to be one of the most innovative and trusted supply chain partners.
