**Responsibilities:** * Perform minor carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, hinges, locks, handles, and partitions. * Repair and maintain flooring, tile work, plaster, and minor wall cracks. * Execute basic shuttering, formwork, and scaffolding tasks including erection and dismantling as required. * Carry out general plumbing maintenance including fixing leaks, replacing washers, valves, taps, shower mixers, and clearing drain blockages in residential units. * Perform minor electrical tasks such as replacing light fittings, fixing switches/sockets, cable pulling, basic testing of wiring and DB panels. * Handle basic welding tasks when needed for metal repairs and reinforcements. * Conduct masonry work such as block laying, plastering, surface preparation, and chipping. * Assist in gypsum work, including the installation of channels and gypsum boards. * Perform painting jobs including paint mixing, surface prep, polishing, patching, touch\-up, and maintenance painting. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant hands\-on experience in general maintenance and repair work. * Age between 27 to 35 years preferred. * Basic proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. * Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. * Ability to read basic instructions and follow safety procedures. * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem\-solving abilities. * Must be reliable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
