**Key Responsibilities** * Oversee, manage, and coordinate day\-to\-day site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution as per approved drawings and project specifications. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. * Plan, organize, and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve daily and weekly site targets. * Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and milestones. * Coordinate with planning, QS, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on material availability, design clarifications, and resource allocation. * Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and resolution of technical issues. * Ensure all works are executed following approved method statements, risk assessments, and HSE guidelines. * Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and required actions. * Manage subcontractors by reviewing their work progress, verifying quantities, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. * Raise RFIs for design clarifications and follow up with engineering teams or consultants for timely responses. * Identify and report variations, discrepancies, or changes that may impact time, cost, or quality. * Assist in preparing handover documents, punch lists, testing and commissioning plans, and final close\-out submissions. * Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to site execution methods, coordination processes, and safety practices. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5–8 years of relevant site execution experience in building or infrastructure projects (GCC experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, technical standards, and site coordination. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiar with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project). * Excellent understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and project documentation procedures. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. * GCC experience and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
