**Job Summary:** As a Housekeeping Attendant at Royal Saray Resort, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury to our guests. You will ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house areas are immaculately clean, well\-maintained, and aligned with the resort’s five\-star service expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and service guest rooms according to Royal Saray Resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. * Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and service areas as assigned. * Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor. * Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly and safely. * Respect guest privacy and ensure a high level of discretion at all times. * Handle guests' belongings with care and ensure any found items are reported and logged according to hotel policy. * Follow proper procedures for handling linen and waste. * Uphold Royal Saray’s luxury standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience. * Support other housekeeping team members and assist in deep cleaning projects as required. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort preferred. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order. * Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. * Professional appearance and good communication skills. * Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods. * Basic English communication; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. * A positive attitude, integrity, and a service\-focused mindset. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and service charge * Accommodation and transportation (if applicable) * Meals during duty hours * Uniform and laundry services * Health insurance and wellness benefits * Career development and training opportunities * A luxurious and supportive work environment within a prestigious hospitality brand Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From BD160\.000 per month Location: * Manama (Required)
