




We are looking for a responsible and organized **Admin Officer** to handle day\-to\-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, invoicing, communication, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative tasks. * Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation. * Maintain proper filing systems for company records, documents, and correspondence. * Attend and manage telephone calls, emails, and other communications professionally. * Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and delivery status. * Coordinate with accounts and sales departments for document flow and updates. * Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors as required. * Support management with documentation, reports, and any assigned administrative duties. * Assist in HR\-related tasks such as attendance records and leave management. * Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
