




**Key Responsibilities** * Assist in planning, managing, and supervising all Hard Services operations including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Fighting systems. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution. * Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth daily operations. * Review maintenance schedules, job orders, reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs. * Support the Manager in preparing maintenance plans, manpower allocation, and resource management. * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements for all technical services. * Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, technical risks, and improvement areas. * Evaluate subcontractor performance and verify completion of assigned tasks. * Assist in preparing technical reports, budgets, quotations, and procurement requests. * Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical concerns and support service delivery. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. * 5–8 years of experience in Hard Services / Facilities Management, with strong technical background. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Experience in maintenance planning, manpower management, and client coordination. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
