**Key Responsibilities: Supervision \& Coordination:** * Lead and supervise **MEP technicians** (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC). * Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs. * Coordinate with clients, tenants, and management regarding MEP requirements. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship. **Maintenance Operations:** * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for: * Electrical systems (DBs, breakers, LV systems) * Plumbing (pipework, pumps, drainage, heaters) * HVAC (split units, ducting, compressors, troubleshooting) * Troubleshoot major MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the team. * Ensure MEP systems operate efficiently and safely. **Technical \& Documentation:** * Review and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals. * Prepare maintenance reports, job completion forms, and equipment logs. * Monitor material usage and request required spare parts/tools. * Assist in preparing quotations, estimates, and BOQs for maintenance works. **Health, Safety \& Compliance:** * Ensure all MEP activities follow **HSE guidelines** and company standards. * Identify hazards, conduct safety toolbox talks, and ensure PPE usage. * Report major breakdowns or risks to the management immediately. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering**. * **5–8 years** of experience in MEP maintenance (facility management preferred). * Strong technical knowledge in **HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing** systems. * Experience supervising multi\-skilled technicians. * Ability to read MEP drawings and troubleshoot complex issues. * Good communication, leadership, and client\-handling skills. * Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
