This includes system imaging, software installation, configuration, and data migration.\n* Configure systems per baseline image specifications, ensuring all new devices are set up with the required applications, operating systems, and security setting in accordance with Government policies.\n* Track and manage hardware inventory throughout the refresh lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation of asset details, serial numbers, and disposition of old equipment.\n* Maintain detailed records of the refresh process, including system configurations, user data migration, and inventory tracking. Ensure that all processes are compliant with established processes and standards.\n* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during the refresh process. Resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime for end users.\n* Provide training to junior IT Specialists on the new systems and any new software, including changes in workflows or interface elements. Offer support for troubleshooting and user inquiries.\n* Communicate with on\\-site end\\-user POCs for deployments to schedule and execute system replacements with minimal operation disruptions.\n* Assist with the overall management and coordination of the EUHWaaS task, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Site Engineer – Marble Works** to oversee and manage the installation of marble and natural stone works on\-site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of stone materials, installation techniques, and quality standards, along with proven experience coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely project execution in line with design specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
