




**Job Summary** The F\&B Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations across all Food \& Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards. The role supports the F\&B management team by coordinating staff, managing customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. **Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management** * Oversee daily F\&B service operations to ensure consistency and quality. * Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering. * Ensure proper setup of dining, bar, and service areas before each shift. **Team Supervision** * Lead, motivate, and guide F\&B staff to deliver excellent service. * Provide on\-the\-job training and support to new team members. * Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure proper staffing levels. * Conduct briefings before each shift to communicate goals, updates, and service standards. **Customer Service** * Ensure guests receive high\-quality service and respond promptly to concerns or complaints. * Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary. * Support service during busy periods to maintain smooth operations. **Administrative Duties** * Assist with reporting, record\-keeping, and daily sales summaries. * Support the F\&B Manager with staff performance evaluations. * Help implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements Job Type: Full\-time
