Location: Manama, Bahrain Employment Type: Full\-time About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail\-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, deliver innovative design solutions, and ensure that every project aligns with the company’s aesthetic and quality standards. Key Responsibilities · Lead the interior design process for residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects. · Develop creative design concepts that align with client goals and project scope. · Produce and oversee interior design documentation including drawings, mood boards, material boards, and FF\&E specifications. · Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. · Manage client presentations, design approvals, and communications. · Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design intent is maintained. · Supervise and mentor junior and mid\-level designers. · Stay current with trends in design, materials, finishes, and technologies. **Qualifications \& Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture. · 5\+ years of professional interior design experience. · Proficiency in design software. · Strong knowledge of FF\&E, materials sourcing, construction processes, and codes/regulations. · Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently or in a team setting. · Portfolio demonstrating a range of high\-quality design work. · Bahraini nationals preferred. **How to Apply** Interested candidates may apply directly on LinkedIn or send their updated CV to dome.jobs111@gmail.com Job Type: Full\-time
