




**Job Summary** The F\&B Team Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Food \& Beverage department, ensuring consistent service quality, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards. The supervisor leads the team, handles guest interactions, supports training efforts, and maintains operational efficiency across all outlets. **Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership** * Supervise F\&B operations during assigned shifts to ensure seamless service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards. * Coordinate setup and closing procedures for dining areas, bars, and service stations. * Monitor inventory, assist with stock management, and report shortages. **Team Management** * Supervise, guide, and support F\&B team members throughout daily operations. * Conduct pre\-shift briefings to communicate goals, special menus, and service updates. * Provide coaching, on\-the\-job training, and performance feedback to staff. * Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels. **Guest Service** * Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt, professional service. * Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating when necessary. * Ensure team members follow service standards and maintain a guest\-focused attitude. **Administrative Support** * Assist in monitoring sales, reporting daily activities, and documenting incidents. * Support the F\&B Manager with team evaluations and disciplinary procedures. * Help implement operational improvements and enforce company policies Job Type: Full\-time
