**Key Responsibilities:** Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, or bulldozers safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements. Carry out excavation, grading, loading, and material movement as per site instructions and drawings. Conduct daily pre\-start inspections and routine checks on equipment, including oil, hydraulic systems, tires, and safety devices. Report any mechanical issues, damages, or potential hazards immediately to the maintenance or site supervisor. Ensure all operations are performed following company safety procedures and local regulations. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and signalers to ensure smooth and safe operation within the work area. Assist in loading and unloading of materials and support other site activities as required. Maintain accurate records of machine hours, fuel usage, and daily operational logs. Keep equipment clean, properly parked, and secured at the end of each shift. **Requirements:** Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License/Certification from an accredited authority. Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction environment. Thorough knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures for heavy equipment. Ability to interpret basic site layouts and follow verbal and written instructions. Good coordination, alertness, and spatial awareness. Team\-oriented attitude with strong communication and responsibility skills. Physically capable of working in outdoor and challenging site conditions.
