Overview of the Position Keypoint is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operations, supporting business continuity, and working closely with internal teams to maintain efficient infrastructure services. Responsibilities * Oversee the daily management of infrastructure operations and related activities. * Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, procedures, and operational documentation. * Coordinate infrastructure projects and monitor implementation progress. * Support the planning, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure resources. * Work with internal departments to identify operational requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Monitor system availability, operational performance, and service reliability. * Assist in identifying potential operational risks and implementing preventive measures. * Prepare reports, project updates, and technical documentation for management. * Guide and support team members in maintaining established operational standards. * Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Skills \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, IT operations, or a related technical environment. * Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred. * Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Good command of English. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
