





**Key Responsibilities** * Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards. * Ensure each dish is served at the correct temperature and according to order specifications. * Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front\-of\-house teams. * Assist servers in clearing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness and organization. * Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer basic guest questions or direct them to the appropriate team member. * Support the service team during peak periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Handle all items with care, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. * Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment preferred * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. * Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure. * A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to excellence. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
