**Key Responsibilities:** * Perform minor carpentry work (e.g., fixing doors, locks, handles, hinges, and partitions). * Repair small cracks, fix tiles, flooring, and address plaster damages. * Carry out basic shuttering, formwork, scaffolding erection, and dismantling tasks. * Conduct basic plumbing work in villas: * Fix leaking taps, pipes, and joints * Replace washers, valves, and fittings (hand sprays, mixers, shower mixers, water pumps, water tanks, etc.) * Clear drain blockages and ensure proper water flow * Perform basic electrical repairs: * Replace light fixtures, install switches and sockets * Wire/cable pulling and testing * Test DB panels * Carry out basic welding works as required. * Execute masonry work including block fixing, plastering, and chipping. * Perform gypsum works, such as channel and board fixing. * Conduct painting jobs including: * Mixing paints and surface preparation * Maintenance painting, patching, polishing, and touch\-ups **Qualifications:** * 5 to 7 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work * Age between 27–35 years * Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems * Familiarity with hand and power tools * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Should have knowledge in painting works like mixing of paints, surface preparation and maintenance works.
