**Job Description:** We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner * Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested * Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff * Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure all items meet quality standards * Check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals * Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism * Process bills and handle payments accurately * Clean and reset tables after guests leave * Follow all restaurant hygiene and safety standards **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment * Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed **Offer:** 250 BD inclusive of transport \& housing allowance Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: BD250\.000 per month Language: * English (Required)
