Conduct site inspections and quality audits. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and monitor the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures on behalf of the Client/Developer. * Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. * Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals submitted by contractors. * Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and surveillance to verify workmanship quality. * Monitor and ensure that main contractors and subcontractors implement approved QA/QC procedures effectively. * Identify quality issues, raise NCRs (Non\-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality\-related issues. * Witness inspections, material testing, mock\-ups, and site tests as per approved ITPs. * Review test reports, laboratory results, and certifications to ensure compliance with specifications. * Ensure proper control and documentation of material deliveries, inspections, and approvals. * Maintain quality records including inspection reports, test results, NCR logs, and handover documents. * Monitor workmanship quality across all trades (civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP coordination as applicable). * Support preparation and review of as\-built drawings, O\&M manuals, and project handover documentation. * Conduct quality awareness sessions and toolbox talks related to workmanship and quality standards. * Ensure proper site housekeeping and quality of completed works prior to inspections. * Coordinate with site teams to ensure rectification of snags and punch list items within agreed timelines. * Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and third\-party testing agencies when required. * Track subcontractor\-wise quality performance and report to the Client/Project Management team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in client\-side or consultancy roles * Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality control procedures * Familiarity with local authority requirements and international standards (BS, ASTM, ISO, etc.) * Excellent reporting, documentation, and coordination skills * Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and contractors Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
